Very nice experience! Nicely renovated hotel, room was clean and comfy, bathroom was very nice. Hotel seems to have gone through major renovation. Breakfast buffet was very good ! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on the day of arrival before the room was available, upon return our luggage had been taken to the room. Also on day of departure we left our luggage and picked up later. Location is very good, short walk from Roma Termini, short walk to Colosseum and Forum Romanum, some 20 minutes to spanish stairs and Fontana di Trevi etc. Staff recommended to take a taxi to Vatican and it was a good choice, some 15 minutes and 15€. Walked back with stops for lunch, Pantheon and some churches. Lots of restaurants nearby, Tested Tripadvisor recommendations just around the corner, Astemio Wine & Food restaurant and La Mela D'Oro were both excellent choices!

This is my second time in Hotel Raffaello. I requested for the room I got the first time I stayed with them and they allowed my request for which I was very thankful. The room faced the side pedestrian street so it was quiet. It was on the second floor so it was easy to use the stairs if I couldn't wait for the elevator. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The airconditioner worked well and the water pressure was strong. I liked that I was close to the train station for my early out of town trips....but far enough from the chaos of the Termini area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was great , close to Termini Station . Some nice little coffee shops close by , a convience store 2 doors away and a short walk to The Basicilla Santa Maria Maggiore . The staff were great , friendly , professional and helpful. We had a room with a patio which was lovely to relax on and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine . The rooms were clean , lovely comfortable beds and the bathrooms were modern and bright . We didn't have the breakfast , but all the guests we spoke to praised it very highly and said it was lovely .

We totally enjoyed our time at the Hotel Raffaello Rome. The location was great, easy to get around and also had lots of restaurants & bars along the laneway and close by more central, along with a laundromat & next door a small supermarket. We had 2 rooms with plenty of space and very comfortable. The Reception/staff were very friendly and accommodating with any request and the breakfast was lovely with a good variety. Not to mention the roof top bar - fab. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Excellent hotel, ideally situated in the thriving Monti district with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a rooftop bar offering food and drinks too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - we were very satisfied with the added offer to book our tickets for the Vatican Museum a day in advance, which meant we could skip the line for a more relaxed experience. The taxi booking service was also superb. Great breakfast offering many choices, comfortable room and overall a very pleasant stay.
